End User License Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Terms governing access to and use of the Interactive COC application.
Acceptance Of Terms
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between You and Interactive COC governing the use of the Interactive COC application ("App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, You agree to be bound by this Agreement.
License Grant
Interactive COC grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
Ownership
Interactive COC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, designs, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights.
This Agreement grants only a license to use the App and does not transfer ownership of the App to You.
User Content
Users retain ownership of information they enter into Interactive COC.
By using the App, You grant Interactive COC permission to store, process, transmit, and display such information solely for the purpose of operating and supporting the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the App
- Decompile the App
- Modify the App
- Create derivative works of the App
- Circumvent security features
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with operation of the Service
Service Availability
Interactive COC strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Third-Party Services
The App may interact with third-party services including:
- Google Firebase
- Microsoft Email Services
- Google Maps
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Interactive COC is not responsible for the operation, availability, or content of third-party services.
No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERACTIVE COC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Limitation Of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERACTIVE COC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Interactive COC may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Service.
Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement immediately ends.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
